Supremacy of Engagement

By accessing Core Digital Studio’s resources or commissioning services, you agree to this Universal Service Framework. These terms govern the digital bridge between our architecture and your business growth.

Engagement

Service Parameters

Our studio specializes in high-conversion web development and performance marketing. Engagement is defined by these core vectors:

Scope Definition
Deliverables are strictly limited to the signed Project Brief. Any "Scope Creep" or additional features will trigger an automated Work Change Order (WCO).
PM

Payment Milestones
We operate on a "Phase-Gate" payment system. Work on subsequent project phases begins only after the preceding milestone invoice is cleared.

Architecture

Intellectual Property

Ownership of digital assets is tiered to protect both the Studio’s proprietary frameworks and the Client’s unique brand identity.

Studio Proprietary Tech:

Pre-existing code libraries, React hooks, and internal marketing algorithms remain the exclusive IP of Core Digital Studio.

Client Deliverables:

Upon final payment, the Client is granted full ownership of bespoke graphics, copy, and the compiled frontend codebase produced for their specific project.

Third-Party Assets:

Licensing for fonts, stock media, and API integrations are the financial responsibility of the Client unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Limits of Operational Risk

Digital environments are subject to external volatility. Our liability is capped to ensure sustainable service delivery.

Marketing Performance

While we architect high-conversion funnels, "Lead Quality" and "Sales Conversion" are subject to market forces beyond our control. No specific ROI is legally guaranteed.

Technical Continuity

We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers (AWS/GCP), API deprecations from Meta/Google, or "Acts of God" in the digital sphere.

Resolution

Dispute & Termination

Termination of services must be submitted via the Security Terminal. Tiered resolution protocols apply:

Notice Period
Standard service retainers require a 30-day digital notice for termination to ensure proper data offboarding.
AR

Arbitration Protocol
Disputes shall be settled via binding virtual arbitration, bypassing traditional court delays and maintaining confidentiality.
